HAMILTON HOLDEN is a motor vehicle dealership and carries on the business of the provision of motor vehicle sales and service and ancillary financial services including insurance services.

• any application for insurance made through HAMILTON HOLDEN or in connection with a motor vehicle purchased by HAMILTON HOLDEN.
Disclosure of information by HAMILTON HOLDEN

• in accordance with any consent given to HAMILTON HOLDEN or where HAMILTON HOLDEN is compelled by law.
